Bruce Caird Realty, Inc was established in 1957. I am a second generation realtor having been licensed since 1972. I am the qualifying broker for our firm and hold the GRI designation. My experience includes sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties, land sales, and sales of investment property.

Kim is an associate broker specializing in residential sales of Albuquerque Metro area homes. With the firm since 1985, Kim is committed to detail and believes in building relationships that allow her to be her customer's trusted advisor for life.
